Pricing questions
Are prices VAT-inclusive?
All displayed prices are excluding VAT. Applicable VAT (20%) will be added at billing depending on your tax situation.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No, our plans are commitment-free. You can cancel at any time with 30 days notice. Annual commitment discounts are available (up to 20% off).
Is support included?
Yes. Email and priority support is included with every managed node, alongside 24/7 monitoring as part of the management service.
Can I resize my server later?
Yes. You can move to a larger server or add nodes at any time, we handle the migration. Billing is adjusted pro-rata for the remaining time in the month.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), SEPA transfers and direct debits. Billing is monthly or annual based on your choice.
