2. Subscription Plans
Cloud-PVE offers the following subscription tiers, as described on the pricing page:
- Starter: entry-level managed Proxmox VE environment for small workloads.
- Dedicated: dedicated resources for production workloads.
- Custom: tailored infrastructure configurations; contact us for a quote.
All prices are displayed in EUR excluding VAT. Applicable taxes are added at checkout depending on your location.
3. Subscription and Renewal
Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis. All subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Annual subscriptions are offered at a discounted rate compared to the equivalent monthly total.
4. Billing
Your subscription is billed on the date your service starts. Invoices are generated automatically and sent to the email address associated with your account. You can access your full billing history from the account dashboard.
5. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit card: processed securely via Stripe.
- Bank transfer (SEPA): details provided on the invoice.
Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments may result in service suspension.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the account dashboard or by contacting contact@cloud-pve.com.
- Monthly plans: cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refund is issued for partial months already billed.
- Annual plans: upon cancellation, a pro-rata refund will be issued for any complete remaining months of the subscription period.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
7. Price Changes
LenoIT reserves the right to modify subscription prices. You will be notified by email at least 30 days before any price change takes effect. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the change applies without incurring any additional charge.
8. SLA Credits
Cloud-PVE targets 99.9% monthly uptime. If measured uptime in any given calendar month falls below this threshold, you are entitled to a service credit proportional to the duration of the downtime, calculated as follows:
- Uptime between 99.0% and 99.9%, credit equivalent to 5% of the monthly fee.
- Uptime between 95.0% and 99.0%, credit equivalent to 10% of the monthly fee.
- Uptime below 95.0%, credit equivalent to 25% of the monthly fee.
Credits must be requested within 30 days of the incident and are applied to the next invoice. Credits are not redeemable for cash.
9. Taxes and VAT
- EU customers: VAT is charged at the rate applicable in your country of residence.
- Non-EU customers: no VAT is charged. You are responsible for any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction.
- VAT-registered EU businesses may provide their VAT number to receive invoices net of VAT (reverse charge mechanism).
